Job: WordPress Themes Support

Job details:

Supporting our customers: responding to questions via e-mail, comments and support forum.

Requirements and Skills needed:

  • Advanced knowledge of English language (written)
  • Comfortable coding in XHTML, HTML5, CSS2, CSS3 and some basic JavaScript / jQuery (using FireBug)
  • Good knowledge about WordPress and PHP/MySQL
  • Always very polite and professional when responding to customer question
